Der Einsatz in Graz war klass! Edwin hatte ca. 50 Kinder, ich hatte ca. 40 am Vormittag. Am Nachmittag hatten wir eine Gruppe von ca. 12 Kindern.

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Gott hat im vorhinein gesegnet und dort erst recht. Ich konnte bei Betty und Markus, die ihn Graz wohnen, übernachten. Und Betty hat mir sogar geholfen beim Kinderdienst. Eine Bibelschulkollegin, die in Graz lebt, hat außerdem auch am Vormittag geholfen!

Das Geschichten-Erzählen ist immer das aufregendste für mich: Fällt mir alles wieder ein? Kann ich einen guten Draht zu den Kindern herstellen? Hören sie mir zu?

Aber mir ging es sehr gut beim Erzählen und die Kinder waren sehr aufmerksam und ruhig. Und auch insgesamt hatte ich ein gutes Gefühl und alles hat gut geklappt. Das war eine sehr gute Erfahrung für mich. Ich hoffe und bete, dass die Kinder besser verstanden haben, was es heißt zu beten und dass sie im Glauben gestärkt worden sind, dass Gott ihre Gebete erhört.

The children’s meeting in Graz was great! Edwin had 50, me 40 kids in the morning!. In the afternoon we had a group of ca. 12 kids.

Everything worked out well. I saw God’s blessing in the preparation and when we were in action as well! I could stay at Betty’s because we went to Graz the night before. Betty and Markus live in Graz. Betty also helped me with the kids. A bibleschool-colleque, who lives in Graz also helped in the morning.

The story-telling is always the most challenging for me. Will they listen to me? Will I remember the story? Will I have the kids?

But I was very well while telling the story! The children were really attentive and quiet. And all together I had a good feeling and everything went very well! That was a really good experience for me. I hope and I pray that the children understood more about what prayer is and that they were strengthened in faith and believing God answers prayer.
